Privacy at MT&L

MT&L Public Relations assigns great importance to the confidentiality of personal information. In the course of providing our clients with excellent counsel and service, MT&L acquires and stores information about our clients and their interests. Ensuring the confidentiality of our clients' information is, and has always been, fundamental to how we do business.

Our staff and contractors are committed to treating the information that we collect and store confidentially. Our Privacy Policy and Procedures meet Federal requirements, and our security standards are thorough to ensure our systems and client information is safe.

Disclosure of Personal Information

We do not provide or sell any group or individual information to any outside company. Personal information about any group or individual is not released to a third party unless requested to do so by our client.

We have thorough security standards to protect our systems and client information against unauthorized access and use. We restrict internal access to client information to the staff of MT&L Public Relations and those required to provide advice and services for which clients have engaged us.

We restrict access to electronic and paper records and to passwords and encryption. We require third party contractors who work on behalf of our clients to sign nondisclosure agreements.

General Information

To respond to any questions or concerns you may have regarding our privacy policy we have designated a privacy officer within our firm. In addition to answering inquiries, the privacy officer is also responsible for ensuring that the policy requirements and related procedures are being met.

All inquiries or complaints regarding privacy should be directed to our privacy officer by mail, fax or email at the address below. All inquiries will be acknowledged within five working days and responded to within 30 days from the date at which MT&L Public Relations' privacy officer received the inquiry.
